Why is it that corporate welfare (in the form of taxpayer-funded bail-outs) is never subject to the moral hazard-means test that the disadvantaged so frequently and too-easily fail?

The denigration of “welfare” is clear evidence of the fear on the part of the haves that the have-nots are nibbling away at what the haves have.
